What?
Strength and conditioning workouts with Coach Zach Ledogar. We will have 5 days per week available all year long. The goal is to ensure all of our athletes are feeling good and performing their best all year.
Who?
Athletes at the collegiate, Prep, Junior, high school, and middle school levels.
Where?
Gym at Tony Kent Arena
When? Players can come during the time blocks below. Our strength and conditioning coach Zach Ledogar will be there to facilitate all workouts, ensuring all athletes are moving correctly & safely, and maintaining a competitive and productive environment.
Mondays - 5:00 - 8:00pm
Tuesdays - 5:00 - 8:00pm
Wednesday - 5:00 - 8:00pm
Thursday - NOTHING
Friday - 5:00 - 8:00pm
Saturday - NOTHING
Sunday - 1:00 - 3:00
Players can come up to 5 times per week depending on their individual needs as an athlete and available time.
