Strength and conditioning workouts with Coach Zach Ledogar year round. We will have 3-4 days per week available all year long. The goal is to ensure all of our athletes are feeling good and performing their best all season long.
Who?
Athletes at the collegiate, Prep, Junior, high school, and middle school levels.
Where?
Gym at Tony Kent Arena
Players can come 2-4 times per week in season depending on their individual needs as an athlete and available time.
